About Carol

Through many years of internships and volunteering, Carol found her niche in the nonprofit sector where she found joy in helping others meet their full potential through motivation and empowerment. Carol prides herself on her ability to build high-trust relationships with her peers and community partners.

She has 5 years experience as a direct service provider and is trained in Trauma-Informed Care Motivational Interviewing and has knowledge of Colorado public benefits. Carol believes that WorkLife’s mission strongly aligns with her values and she hopes to continue to have a positive impact on other's lives within her community.

Carol has a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Colorado University and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University.
